Is it after running lotrbfme2ep1.exe?

Is there no error messageboxes?
Check you /lang/ folder in the rotwk directory. Is it ok with [yourgamelanguage]patch201.big file?

Also try to start the game without laucher after mod installing

Launcher takes the rotwk game language from the registry and renames a lang file. If your game language is french, englishpatch201.big should become frenchpatch201.big.
Also you can try to start the game without launcher

Please write your game language and filenames from the rotwk /lang/ folder

And please tell us your OS and installed game language
