Following my last comment, I believe that the file I asked for is the Armor xml on the Cryo itself, right?
I'm not a modder at all, and I don't know much about modding, but if I figured it right, all I must do is change 0 to 100 on Armor xml of Cryo on v1.10

I disagree with the fact that the Cryo Legionaires are immune to Desolators. The Cryo Legionaire is a way too powerful unit when used by someone with minimal skills. It has a relatively long range attack and it freezes infantry units before they can attack them, and vehicles fast too.
So, playing with soviets, the only 2 effective ways of killing Cryos is to use Desolators or twinblades. Removing the Desolators from that task, you are only left with the twinblades.
Meaning... if you spawn a dozen Cryos, some infantry to break the ice and put some anti-air on the back (just in case) you can easilly sweep any enemy...
I kept in v1.8a because of that detail.
p.s.: thanks for the source code. I used it to mix it with the noswmod.
Ever since I downloaded your mod, everyone I know now always play Upheaval+noswmod
Can you please tell me what's the file that defines the effectiveness of the Desolator against the Cryos? (I would like to update my custom mod to v1.10)
