I have some good news. In the latest version of GZDoom, Brutal Doom seems to be working properly with the scripts now! I've been trying to figure this out but apparently a patch must have happened on their end.

I do have some experiments I'm planning to conduct to help optimize the performance of the map. It just takes time to get this stuff ironed out. It's so easy to break the whole thing if you're not careful. lol

The one challenge coming with adding more and more is performance. The map can get a bit performance demanding especially if you got graphical enhancements and whatnot. I know with PB 3.0 it can get chuggy if I don't kill the hordes of monsters coming after me. I am about to release 2.7 where I did slow down the spawn duration of the Zombie Man from 30 secs up to 60 secs. I noticed it did help with the performance. I still have lot's more planned as I slowly learn Doombuilder. Let me know if there are any gamebreaking issues or anything of that sort. Thanks again and have fun!

COD 2.3 will be the latest for now. I did release 2.4 but had some serious gamebreaking issues. I found the most fun I've had with this map is playing with the Rogue Like Doom monsters and Arsenal. It really keeps it exciting every time you play thru it. Some mods have issues with triggering doors to open. For instance, when monsters are killed they're suppose to auto open a door or unlock it. I found that the Duke Nukem Mod was not working properly and also other similar mods. Brutal Doom was the first I noticed it happening. Project Brutality seems to be fine though. I've been trying to figure out what exactly I need to do to fix these issues. If anyone knows a proper solution, please let me know.

Yea, I know exactly what you're talking about. I might need to take this version down and get it fixed. Ran into some really weird snags in this version that need to be repaired. Sorry about that. 2.3 should be alright to play thru. The more stuff I add the more little problems are starting to pop up. lol

Ya'll let me know if you ran into any weird bugs with Brutal Doom and Project Brutality and this map. I noticed a bug where the death of the final boss is suppose to trigger the reveal of the portal in the middle of the room. For whatever reason it's not triggering with Brutal Doom and Project Brutality. It's doing it at random. Let me know if ya'll ran into the same problem. It's having inconsistent script triggering issues with Brutal Doom and Project Brutality and I don't begin to understand. Is it GZDoom 4.7? It's not a consistent problem. It works fine in Brutal Doom 64. I'm confused on what the issue is. Also, 2.1 is on the way with more detail applied across the map. More destroyed streets and buildings.

I can look into it and see if I can release a version to work for Zandronum. Isn't Zandronum for multiplayer? This is my first map so I'm still figuring out how this all works.

Yea i had to remove them. When you try to play with the Brutal Doom mods the SS were turning into the super marines which was insane. They would leave the boats and come terrorize you so I changed them to Chaingunners instead.

yea I haven't used Zandronum. All the play testing was through GZDoom using ZDL.

Heyo! i'm releasing a new version where I've slowed down the spawn rate a bit. I know it was boggin some folk's rigs down with all the enemies spawning by the end. It should be a lot better on performance now. I also fixed the issue with the special super marines aren't on the map when you play Brutal Doom, BD 64 and Project Brutality. It turned out they replace the Wolf3d machine gun guys that were stationed on the boats. I replaced them with mini gunners to relieve this issue. I also added a few other things. 1.9 is on the way!

Any bugs reported is greatly appreciated! I'll get them fixed as quickly as I can. I'll also add more as the ideas come! Enjoy! I found it to be stable in GZDoom and have tried it with Brutal Doom, Project Brutality, Brutal Doom 64, RogueLike Doom, Trailblazer and many more!
