With the mod the game stutters although my pc is powerful. What can I do to reduce that the game stutters? I only install some mods of the package because of the long loading time.

The loading time of the game is extreme long (hours)now. So I can't play the game. But my pc is powerfull. What can I do for a shorter loading time?! Please help!
