Have just disabled and re-enabled the file and it seems to work fine at my end, is it a mod conflict perhaps? Have you checked that the folder you have made for it has it in the right file structure?

If the problem persists then you could try overwriting the better sorting 3 image with the one from my patch. I've checked the file format against vanilla anomaly and its exactly the same so should not be a file format issue.
