You just need to use patch 17, at least it works for me.

I´am trying to solve it with Dresden (head mod creator) on Total War Center.

Me too, I have 14 texture conflicts and loading screen always freezes. And I think the main problem is in the 1st part because when I tried to load only the 2nd part of the mod I runs perfectly but it´s only one part of the DeI, so don´t working. But when I tried to load both parts or only the 1st one it freezes on the loading screen.I´m really furious about it, please help or fix it before I hit my computer screen with my fist. Thanks for answers and help.
