This just shows the Lone wanderer's adventure so far and at the end shows that the new enemy is the NCR Rangers.

kinda is isn't it... wonder if the makers of Fallout 2 did that on purpose ?...

Part of the reason for the wait is some certain somethings that will be involved with the last two quests. Saying they will be massive is an understatement. Trust me when I say that when you see those certain somethings, you will understand why it's taking so long.

They did have teeth, check the fallout wikia:

At first I thought, FAIL!!!!!! Bu when you came out at shady sands, I thought AWESOME!!!!!!

I just used it because The NCR rangers are going to be an enemy in the wasteland.

I'm taking this seriously, the release date is fall of next year, so I have plenty of time to work out all the glitches and bugs. I'm going to make the endings very extensive, including adding a new world space for one of them.

I'll show actual mod footage when I get something worth showing, only have a few basic things done right now.
