No what they did was they replaced the attack and gave it to the Boomer, and they gave the soundclip of the scream to the Hunter, and it wasn't this they replaced, this is just fan art, the one they replaced was The Screamer.

Great Idea of an alternate form of the Screamer, just like the alternating Male and Female Boomer, But I doubt they would put the Screamer into the game, considering they gave the attack to the Boomer, and the sound of the scream to the Hunter.

This is a great idea, but mabye a little TOO great. I mean the picture and idea is awesome, but if he was put he was put into the game it seems like it would be almost impossible to kill him. But I like those ideas that seem like there could be more than one of this type, unlike some that seem like its the only one of it's kind. Because like the Smoker, Hunter, Boomer, Tank, Witch, Spitter, Charger, and Jockey, they are a certain type of mutation that can occour in multiple people.
