VGO-Vallana Vetra GTA IV Overhaul is a complete revamp
of Rockstar Games' Grand Theft Auto IV via C# and .NET modding hooks.
ALL elements like gangs,carry,animations,missions are in this community
project
IV Overhaul will feature game play elements from previous GTA games
such as purchasable properties, businesses that generate revenue,
performance/visual mods for vehicles, gangs and turf, etc.,
as well as new features such as a vehicle/position tracker to save
vehicle locations and allow the player to save/load from anywhere in
the map, as well as a stock market and economy based on crime and other
environmental factors.more interiors,inventory,RPG elements and
more..all support[testing,ideas,simple google-ing etc.]
