Same here. I installed the patcher on a clean game, but nothing happened. Still shows up as v1.1

It doesn't seem to work for me anymore, for some odd reason. I've had this installed before and worked fine. Recently however, the game wouldn't launch. This was yesterday. So, I uninstalled the game and did a clean reinstall, GOG version. Then I tried to install the 1.3 patcher, but nothing happened. The game launches, but it still says v1.1

Can someone help me...when I extracted this to the addon folder of gmod then played the game,I spawned the original npc..the rebel or refugee with weapons,they started to kill me even when i turned on ''join players squad'' they still killed me......so I deleted the addon but it still happens!! Some one help!!
