This is like Old Man Murray's personal hell packaged up as a mod. :)

Looks entertaining; I really enjoyed the humor in the Blind Monk's Society, so hopefully this will be of similar quality. :)

This really is a fantastic mod. Simple yet challenging, with a good mix of puzzles.

My only gripe is that it frequently calls me a cheater. Actually, it says "DIE CHITER" and kills me when I reach the end. I realize this is supposed to protect against people using noclip to skip puzzles, but unfortunately it also kills those of us who solve puzzles in our own, different ways.

A few examples: (spoiler alert)

1) The puzzle where there are three smashers going up and down together, and you're supposed to block them off with boxes, run across and retrieve the crowbar. My solution was to turn the fan on and time my jump so that I launched across the platform on its way up and slid to the crowbar. Had to redo the whole level after figuring out the moving platforms made the game think I'd cheated.

2) The puzzle with the plank that breaks when walking to the big power button (I think it's 4a) features a giant box with buttons to move it in different directions. I was able to hit the button and run around the fence fast enough to get to the far side before it did, then used the button to position it for the jump to the power button on the wall. Apparently this lets you skip a section of the puzzle, because I still had an extra green wire with me when I approached the exit and the game murdered me.

AFAIK noclip is already a non-functioning command in this game, so is there any way a patch could be released that would fix this aggravating behavior?

Anyway, aside from the notable frustration of reaching the end only to find out that I haven't solved it in the way the author thought I should, this really is an enjoyable mod despite running on the older Goldsrc engine, and I'd recommend it to anyone who likes some mental stimulation.
