Is the "Battlefield Observatory" died?

One of the BF mod news blog ,「バトルフィールド観測所(Battlefield Observatory)」doesn't say anything since October 29 as the authors twitter account. It seem the blog is died.

In November 11，VOLT online mod file database site is ｃlosed due to bandwidth restrictions. So we lost number of mod,map,and other files.
