There will be changes, everything is possible as long as it adds more immersion to the Anomaly mod. The addons you named are likely to join this pack when they are fitting in and 100% functional with other addons.
You have to add mag to loadout by right-clicking it if you playing with experimental.
I got HUD FOV on 0.45 (standard) and there is no problem.
Probably there is an Addon which only supports english description for some things. Sorry dude.

In 1.31 the Icon Mods are re-integrated. Should be much easier now to see the difference between Ammo and adds more information to other usable items, kits and so on.
You can refill your mags, add to loadout with right-clicking on it and use it via 'R' like the guest mentioned. Still, the display when you refill your mag isn't accurate on some mags right now. Means it loads, but you see only that it fill to f.e. 2 cartridges. Get out of Inventory and open it again will now display the correct status (green bar) on the mag. Also you can hear how you load your mag and when this ends it is full.
EDIT: When you move while you refill your magazine it makes you stop.
Yes, I consider to integrate Dynamic Mutants, but not the Nocturnal version (you can enable it though via dyn. Mutants) and not the Dynamic Objects.
Not safe, because it isn't the only Anomaly Magazines Comp. patch in this addonpack. There is also one for BaS+ Anom. Magazines.
It has to do with a Compatibility Patch between Dialogue Expanded and Anomaly Magazines. I'm thinking about completly removing Anomaly Magazines in future updates, but this will mean that you have to start a new game as fas as I can say. A poll where you guys can vote for certain mods would be useful.
