Diplomacy needs a bit of rework in order to make it even to the 20th turn. The whole world gets into alliances against you very early at the game.
The work on the map is excellent.

Very nice maps, balanced units and tough AI.
Can you add a separate localisation file, in case that we want to use this mod with others? It seems that loc files are messing with each other cause your mod doesn't have a separate one.
