I am new here and if by any chance you are still around for this mod I have some questions. I tried getting the English language pack from: Twcenter.net but I don't know what to do with it. I imagine I must download the mod from moddb first before anything else. But I can't download this mod to begin with because all the instructions within the files are in Hungarian. I tried looking for other instructions elsewhere on the internet but nothing is in English. In past attempts at downloading this mod, I even began guessing where to click and eventually managed to download the mod in Hungarian. However, it seems that all the textures were off so I gave up for a while. If you have a more specific list of instructions somewhere, I would be happy to retry. Though, in posting this I know I am probably too late but I hope someone can help.
