Hello, sorry to hear about the problems. This game is set to release in 6+ years. The demo you are playing was meant to be built in UE4, but later on a little closer to finishing up Helm's Deep, UE5 came out and we made the switch, resulting in a heavier performance buff. By the time this project releases, a 3090 will be a potato GPU

We plan on adding a community update that adds the hobbit movies to the game.
Sadly, we are never 100% clear from a C&D, we have looked at copyright plenty of times and noticed patterns with C&D from WB games. It seems like most mods with the names "Lord of the Rings" or "Middle-Earth" are all on the high scale of being shut down. This of course with our title not including any of those names is already making us low on the radar. With this much professionalism as well, we can also look towards being funded by WB and MEE and possibly have us become an official project. This of course will be looked at in far more years as more opportunities come to hand.
Unreal Engine 5 is only meant for next-gen software. That being said, we do not plan to release this game for the next 6+ years, by then the technology we have now will be considered old technology. This is also a Pre-Alpha, so optimization will remain on the lower end until we further progress.
