Open the NTW3 desktop launcher and select "Restore Vanilla" to run the NTW vanilla game. If it does not work properly then you'll need to re-install the original NTW game.

That's why we have the Multi-Player online NTW3 custom battles so you can play against human opponents. The Europe campaign also has the ability to do drop-in battles vs human players when the armies are equally matched: Twcenter.net

Factions can recruit units from foreign regions that they were historically able to do so. When you choose Naples or Sicily at the start of the Europe campaign they are combined into one faction with two separate regions. You can recruit specific units from each region as they historically did under the Ferdinand's rule until he was exiled to Sicily by French forces and then protected on Sicily by the British fleet. Sardinia would not have supported recruitment of army units to fight for Ferdinand.

New mod releases are always flagged by anti-virus software because they have short histosry upon release. Just grant permission to download and intall the NTW3 mod :)

I turn down the voice setting in the audio adjustment bar.

The unit sizes for the cavalry were taken from war gaming tables at the time (NTW3 v5.1) differences were probably made for game play. Our Lordz NTW3 Discord Channel has a general question & tech help available.

I removed and reinstalled NTW vanilla game last night and played a few vanilla games to check that it was working correctly. Then downloaded and installed all of our NTW3 mods and it all runs fine with no problems.

Download the v93 patch2.2 above, that will correct the problem and you should be able to use your saved_games

This does appear to address an issue with armed citizens (partisan militia) that were replaced with garrison units in the v93 campaign patch. Apparently the AI still tries to recuit the armed citizen units so they have been placed back in the latest db.pack file, (testing is still ongoing) Ottoman campaign game patch 2.2, download & place in Napoleon Total War folder, right click & select **"extract here"** to update files

For some reason CA seams to be focused on non-gun powder games. I can see a remaster for Medieval II as they have more posts on their TWC forum (2,440,593) than the rest of the follow on releases including the Warhammer I & II & III series. Twcenter.net

The Lordz Modding Collective looked at ETW but with the NTW mod coming out it was more focused on what we wanted to achieve.

I don't think CA setup the European campaign game to include revolutionary governments. It maintains the status quo with diplomatic relations, flags and names. It would have been nice to see them add a little more depth to the game in this area.
