yep. i decided to play with cheats in an alternate save file and encountered that problem. the thing is that every bandit camp has the same amount of enemies(thousands of them), I just cheated my level with ctrl+l, didn't touch any savefile or anything.
now that you mention high level, i think the reason might be my abnormal level ?

svipdagr does kill gramr right ? so is it possible we get a mission where we help svidagr revenge his father or assist gramr in defeating svipdagr ? (of course this mission will be available after the finnsburg battle)(also the latter option might not be historically accurate tho)
