Is this alive? Is it happening? Sounds like a good mod, but not compatible with 2.7.1. IS any DLC needed for this to run? I never know how to look for it.

Sorry, just got here.
Is this mod playable? Is it compatible with 2.7.1 version? I'm dying to play as city-state greek king and this seems to be the best mod for that.
If it is not compatible, nor already running, can someone recommend me a good mod for that?
