A workaround for english. Go to Red Alert 3 install directory. Go into the folder named "Data" and you may see a file named "Lang-English11.big". Copy this file into the mod directory. Edit the file named "Generals2_1.61.skudef" and insert to the 2nd line "add-big Lang-English11.big" (no quotes) to now end up with 3 lines. Save the file to get english strings with the modded game.

I downloaded the mod only a month ago. I felt lost not knowing what button did what, what troops to pick, excetera. I decided it could use some improvement. I consider it much better now to play that I considered it worth sharing. I hope my effort helps to make the mod better for all of the english players to enjoy now.
