This looks very promising!
I just found that mod and cant wait to play it! :)
the setting gives you so much possible things to include in that game. like croatian-serbian rivalries that survived the bombings but make little sense in the present (factions and different solutions for missions)
you say you want to include mutants - I would love to see mutants not as simple and brutal as in other games where you just want to shoot them but mutants that still remind you that they where humans once making you feel bad for what happened to them. so you have to force yourself to kill them. i think this would add a lot to the hoplessness that comes naturally with a devastated balkan warzone.
also i believe that you will find very good material for a soundtrack using yugoslavian folk songs about war (maybe edit them to sound creepier)

but thats just my ideas.
as i said i am amazed of the idea and what i can see right now and hope you keep going with this mod!

can you please write a release date of this mod here?
i'm damn excited about this. i already thought about creating a "hooligan mod" for devastation. but i ve got no idea how to make a mod.
