eh srry didn notice that but i eventually figured it out it only took me bout 2 weeks lol

im having an extremely hard time downloading this for 3 reasons
1.because im super noob with comps and dowloading stuff
2.because i don't know if i have to save or run the file because of reason 1
3.because i saved it first and the file it tells me to find in the download instruction doesnt exist according to my search that i did to find the file
so a lil help please???
