The Phase Tank only appeared in two soviet Red alert: Counterstrike mission. It was called the Phase Transport, and the technology was stolen from the Allies. In ReGeneration, this unit is called the "Phase Tank" because it cannot transport people. Why? A couple of Engineers or even a Tanya can simply materialize out of thin air inside your base!
