Another bug to fix: When Scotland is released in any way, they are getting Scottish as primary culture. However in HPM there is no Scottish culture, only British in the whole of Britain. So Scotland has 0 (zero) primary culture pops which is a big problem.

There is a problem with Siam releasing it's vassals decision. ("Siamese border treaty" decision and event) As a GP (usually France does it) you can demand Siam to release 3 small OPMs in a decision which create the current borders of Thailand and cedes those territories to Indochina. Champassak which is already released and exists as Siam's puppet and two others which has cores. However this decision is a bug, because instead of Siam handing over these 3 provinces to the GP, it simply annexes Siam with all of its territory to the GP for 50% of 1 infamy. I have Vietnam and Cambodia conquered, while Luang Prabang is free, Siam is free and again Champassak is a SIA vassal. I am pretty sure this is not how it was intented to work to annex Siam for 0 or 1 infamy. Thanks for fixing it!
