SWAT_OP-R8R the creator of the Crossfire mod announced that that Crossfire 1.8 is going to be released in the next few months.
Crossfire which is the most popular and most complex Freelancer mod has introduced a very large amount of new features and concepts to the Freelancer community in the past. The latest version Crossfire 1.7 has reached more than 100.000 downloads within less than 1 year and is therefore the most successful FL mod of the past years.
Crossfire 1.8 will very likely continue this story of success with a very large amount of new features that were never seen before in other mods.
