Please respond if you know the solution or at least gonna make a new fixing patch!

Hey, I seriously need help! Right after I faced the werewolf, escaped Griffith Park, talked to Jack and straight to the loading screen. My game crashed! I even have a crash note

vampire caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
in module vampire.dll at 0023:08556527.

Will there be a fix to this cause I tried everything and nothing worked.!

Please don't tell me it's just me but whenever I escape the Griffith Park, see Jack telling me to get in the car and right after the loading screen finish, it completely crashes. I tried reinstall, used the Steam patch and all that but nothing works. Please help! I so wanna do the final quests with my companions =(
