same for me, but after I become a member at the stalkers and dealt with the bandits in the north outpost I went exactly in the middle of the yellow circle on the mini-map and there it go's....the emission started.

I just started CS and trapped in a bug (i knew thats nothing new).
I captured the machine yard and lost them a few rounds later.
Until that I recaptured the base again...
...the point is, I'm still waiting since 5 days, holding the point until help arrives.
I used the "wish granter" to build some Clear Sky Dudes but that changed nothing at all.
Any clue to fix or avoid it?

p.s. you doing great work!!! I finished SoC with C2009 and I loved it more then ever ;)
