I have a big problem with forming the Danubian Federation. The problem is nobody accept the federation not even the hungarians. In PDM it was easy because all i have to do is reduce militancy below 2. But now I don't no how can i reduce it. Somebody pls help.

Thanks for the mod. It's great. The event and decisions are amazing and the other stuffs too. My favourite is the serfs and the treaty ports.
But sadly i have some issues about the mod.
1.: The AI never ever help. If i want to attack sombody the answer is always no for the calling even if the country is in my sphere of influence and the relation is on the top. And the situation is the same if I'm the defender. So I really hope the porblem is in my device but if not pls fix it.
2.: I don't no why but as the AHM(Austro-Hungaryan Monarchy) and other countrys too usualy i can not beat the enemy with the same force. FOr example i was the defender in przmysl with 30k man (4guard 3arty 2 dragoon and 1 eng) and the russians are attacking with the same amount of troops. But they totally beat my army and the funniest thing is I'm at 19 army tech and they are just in 15. So the main point is that they are always superior in 1 vs 1. So my army composition is wrong or something else?

I have crash problem. When I try to launch the game with the mod and just before the menu (in the end of the last loading screen)it's always crash.
