We've uploaded a new version which fixes all these problems.

Dooms music track so it wont conflict with n64jam
Updated map json file with proper levels select
Moved videos into a subfolder so they cant conflict with previous jams

No, unfortunately not. They might load to some degree, but many of these maps use entities and world settings which are specific to the Quake 2 Re-Release and the N64 mode specifically.
