Oh for ***** sake, you can't use ANY game modifications or software creation utilities on the Xbox 360, PS3 or Wii. This tool and all mods created using it are for the PC version of the game only.

Contrary to what the FAQ in the readme says, this does work with the Steam version of WaW, you have to add the files into the directory as instructed by the readme, NOT into the Steam->steamapps->CoD: WaW folder.
