How do you install this mod? I have downloaded it and moved it from my downloads folder to HeartsofIron3/tfh/mods and nothing is popping under mods when I start the launcher. At first I thought that I had to extract it, but when I went to go do it the option to extract it never came up. Obviously I'm doing something wrong, I just don't know what. Any suggestions?
