Unzip the files on top of the old ones, and if it asks you if you want to replace, replace all.

Fix for startup crash / "Can't find background image materials/console/startup_loading.vtf" -crash:
1. Get Combine Destiny
2. Apply the 1.1 patch
3. Open GameInfo.txt
4. Change SteamAppId from 220 to 215
5. Restart Steam
