i used the 'filehost' link , last one. they ask for email adress, then sent a link to my email - then i clicked that link, then click 'download' box.
one thing is - it did not ask me where to dwnload to - just downloaded it to my user/XXX/Appdata/local/temp file
make sure you move it to somewhere else...or your reg/ccleaner will delete it the next time you clean
