Xonotic ran smooth on normal effects setting, got choppy on high and ultra settings. Does ToM have graphics options to optimize it for ones own computer? If not, will it eventually?

I would really like to know if and how well this game would run on an Intel hd 3000, Intel dual Core i5-2450M 2.50GHz, 8gb, 64bit ubuntu 11.10 laptop. I'm considering buying it but have no way to see how it would run.

Did you open a save file from 1.0.8? If so how'd it go? I heard there was a bug with old saves that they were fixing.

1.0.8 seems to be working well. Crashed when I opened an old save file but after I deleated them and started a new one there have been no problems.
