It's probably worth mentioning if you have a disc in you PC starting a new game will randomly play what's on the disc. It might be just me getting the issue but I was surprised to Eli speaking about unforeseen consequences to the beat of Let the Music Play as part of my Push It! Classic Party & Dance Tracks CD.
