You have to get to certain points, notifications should pop up when you see the first one.

I'm at the apartment part, for some reason I can't jump from the decks railing onto the other wooden platform.. I've tried jumping from every angle and have tried jumping to the other wooden platform to the right of the deck. It's almost like there's an invisible barrier..

Is anyone else having this problem?
