Right-click on the game icon, select Properties, then, in the shortcut tab, select Open file location. This will open the directory of the game where the W40k folder is located.

If you are using Steam; Right-click on the game, select Properties, switch to "Local files" tab, then select Browse local files.

Once you're in the game directory, open the folder W40k, then place the mod file inside Data.

Also, make sure Full 3D-Camera is enabled in the graphic options.

Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but after you extracted the zip file did you move the folder "Camera Mod" or the file inside it "Camera_high.lua" into W4k/data?
