Fixed. Issue was Arkdrop.com

I have just bought the game and now can't make an account. Every name I try I get this error "The specified username is already in use on ArkDrop. Have an ArkDrop account already? Verify your ArkDrop account and create your forum account with the appropriate option."
I know someone has posted this before but there was no solution I could use there so I am posting it again. Please help.

I found a way out of the level using portal bumping. I bumped from the room behind the fridge into the room/closet next to it and it allowed me to get out. Just thought you should know so you can fix it. Btw really great mod
