Will the headcrab twist around a little on itself while the zombie stands-walks-attacks? Would be cool if it twiched around a little.
And oh, there will be more models and texures fore zombies won't it? (It would be great if there were like a lot XD)

The only thing that would be changeable is to make the tentacles red, like others suggested.
Don't change the eyes, all black eyes look just like those ugle stereotypical alien eyes. Keep them like this.

Those yellow things look a lot like they are made of plastique while the red pipes are all shiny. It's a great contrast that i think ought to be changed. Maybe make the bottom of the yellow textures a bit worn out and make the whole yellow thing a little more shiny.

Isn't that kind of strange? It doesn't take that much time for gordon to get out of the chamber to go kill some of those. Why would it allready be rotting? XD
