For whoever - like me - spent a lot of time trying to load this mod:
open the "Penumbra V.2" folder and drag both "Penumbra_eng" (THE WHOLE FOLDER, not all the files within) and "Penumbra_2.bat" into the "Amnesia The Dark Descent" folder, then double-click "Penumbra_2.bat".
