I don't think its really Valve. Its more that the code was obtained other way than offical Source engine repo, and the ModDB seemed like it was violating rights. But you are right, Valve doesn't care and there was a actual Counter Strike Global Offensive port to the CSS that is still avalible on moddb.

And apparently Half-Life: Source is still avalible on steam atleast for my country plus the fact this is the only official port made with Valve agreement.

Like I said, there is a lot of content packed in, but I needed to remove the maps because they weren't working correctly, and I did not felt like fixing it.

Oh well I am sorry, its a bit unfinishes, it meant to go to another map but I didin't included it in the zip file, I got in on my drive but first I didn't included it in zip because I wanted to split it in few parts, and secondly while the second part it almost ready (fully playable but still need to have some fixed missing textures) I felt like having a bit of regret starting making the mod in first place after Jolly Wangcore said the mod is uncomfortable for him to play and I got bullied by several people from his community.
