Or if you are a pirate, you can download the 2.3.6 version and DON'T upgrade it. And if you don't want to uninstall your already upgraded CK2 version, you can also install it again (2.3.6) in another location of your HD just to play AGOT Mod from there.

well i fixed it. if someone is having the same problem just uninstall ck2 and the mod, delete your ck2 files (from your documents) and reinstall everything, and it should work just fine, remember to make a backup of your save games and screenshots ;)
mod is running smooth and until now not a single crash, well done guys :DDD

I still can't play this mod, I can load it fine but it just doesnt have any character to pick, I mean none. Running on v2.3.3. Can someone help me please?

I can load the mod but I just can't play it because there are no characters on it, just a map without a single count :(. Does someone know how to fix it?
