This is the "Med Lab" and in it is a "First aid station", when players activate it by hitting their grab key while facing the red button up close a Health is immediately spawned within the compartment.

If a Health has been spawned it must be taken before another can be spawned.

In Unreal's default control scheme the Grab key is bound to G by default. You can bind a new key to Grab by using "set input <key> Grab" in the console as a command. Or set it manually in User.INI or Advanced Options -> Game Engine Settings -> Raw Key Binds.
