Playing the game after starting a new game, and Oh no, the population is now at 3000. How can I make it stop to 3000?

Disabled Anomaly magazines now and trying to start a new game hoping the error wont appear again.

Also a question, when I set the Stalker population to 1, why does it only spawn 1000 stalkers on a new game? is that normal?

Only when I go to Rostok. Disabled Anomaly magazines now and started a new game and hoping I wont get the error again.

I'm using RC22 and when I go to Rostok I get the error:

Здравствуйте, я использую этот мод в Anomaly RC 22 с более чем 40 другими модами, и он отлично работал. Единственная проблема заключается в том, как отключить старый индикатор здоровья, перекрывающий мод.
