I have been playing your HPM Mod for Victoria II, and I've found France and the U.K. are making ridiculous amounts of money. While playing as Austria in 1854 I finished two Economic Technologies, boosting my tax and admin efficiency, and began raking in 250+ daily with my Stockpile sliders at full, taxes near Laissez-Faire half. France, the U.K., and Prussia built forts on EVERY province, and Belgium had an insane industry with little prestige or military score, pushing them into Great Power status above Spain and the Netherlands. Is this normal? My difficulty is at Normal if it matters.
