i don't have those files in release....and i dont install the MOD yet cuz i cant open the game I just have the 1.1v ready and it didnt work

hi i have a problem i install HW2 on my computer before, i have to re-install w7 a few days ago, and i wait for this version to install the game again but, now i see the black screen and send me right to the desk, somebody knows what is wrong with that?
