Latest patch is up and working fine in every computer we have tested,
also the Xbox 360 version is working fine so far

It's already been patched on 360, try to run it and say yes to the update

I'm uploading a new version (I believed the crash was caused by a Gamer Services component in the initialization), meanwhile if you want it to work you can install the developer version of XNA (instead of the redistributable version, which is what the setup install).

on the right side you should see:

it install everything you need to run the game (XNA 4 refresh and .NET 4)

The stand alone version fix that problem.

I was getting the same error on my laptop,
but with the latest update of the game is working fine.
Be sure you update to the latest,
be sure that the game (or Desura app) install XNA 4 and .NET Framework 4

or you can try the stand alone version which is also up.

I uploaded a new version, It has been tested and works in several computers so far.
It should be available to update as soon as it get approve by Desura.
