this is a great mod. A+ all the way. any chance of porting this to gta 4? just thinking it would be a great idea, maybe machinima makers, like myself will make episodes. just a thought. keep on making a legendary mod.

okay btw sorry for the late reply im a very busy guy. i cant give you the exact password then ill get flagged then the guy who uploaded the launcher bypass will just change the password, but i can give you clues, hopefully you will figure this out, its a 3 letter acronym of a sport in america, its about 2 or more guys fighting in a ring

Uninstall all 2010 redistributables you have. Then install the 2010 redist the mod came out with and then install eflc's original 2005 redist. It must be in computer when you have mounted the image or on disk 1 if you have the original. I hope this helps

But whoa im nt done yet. Next i went to gta4-mods.com and i downloaded the launch eflc override files. Just search it on the website its nt that hard to find. Just to let u guys know the rar file is password protected and to get the password u hav to do a survey. Its really damb anoying i know but it will be worth it. Read the instructions in the launcher override rar file and copy the neccesary files over to your game directory. And voila!! Ur game may work now. I hope i was of help. This is what i did and it worked for me. I struggled my bottom off to get it working and when i got the game working i jizzed in my pants (just kidding). But i did get an orgazm and i screamed like a little girl. But anyway. I hope i was of good help.

Hey ppl. Maybe i can help you guys out a bit if u struggle to get your game going. This is only for normal eflc not for steam. This is what i did. I reinstalled gta eflc, i installed 1.1.2.0 patch, i went to game image files and installed all redist files vcredist and all that. Next i just copied into the game directory the vice city rage export files, in other words the main mod files, i did NOT install the redist the mod was provided with. I connected my internet and i launched "launch vcr.exe" so that it can download the necessary files.
