Have you considered getting this into Steam's Workshop?

Fantastic redo of the Naval aspect of the Game, still, being a noob on the site, and a NC native, kills me there is no North Carolina class. I am simply amazed the game could be modded so much.

So I recently pulled my Axis and Allies CD back out and hooked it into my Steam Account, would there be a problem running your mod? Since Steam takes over the startup process when starting the game, even with the CD in.
