Turning off lord killing also cant catch any lord

forgot to log in.

Never encounter money issues. raiding village in the mid-east gives you a fat 6k every time.

maybe 1 is for realism？（Lord: maybe this baltic old infantry is a filthy spy）donno, feels like a bug.

3 minor bugs:

1.retire after enlisting in a lord's army, relations with other factions still remain -5.
2.when above happen, making peace with factions cost a significant amount of money( like 284569 denar)
3.being vassal to a faction and enlist in lord of another faction's army, when retire, the fief you receive belong to faction player and can become a vassal of the original faction again.
